Description :
• White or colorless crystalline free flowing solid.
• It is easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol.
• It is water solution is slightly alkaline.
• The solubility is 51.004% at 100°C.
Usage: In food processing is used as the quality modifying agent to improve the food structure and water holding capacity; also can be used as the emulsifying agent,the nutritional hardening agent, the fermentation agent, the adhesive agent; cultivation of monosodium glutamate, erythromycin, penicillin and streptomycin. It can also be used as feed phosphorus supplement.
Package: Plastic knit bag or kraft bag, net weight 25kg or 50 kg. Besides, we can pack the goods according to the requirement of the client. Store at ventilated dry places.
