Description :
• It is colorless, transparent and syrupy liquid.
• The density is 1.70.
• It mixes with water in all proportions and then produce an amount of heat. It loses water and converts to pyrophosphoric acid and metaphosphoric acid further.
Usage: It is used an acid agen primarily in food grade phosphates and acidic beverages; the yeast nutrient agent.
